Position Summary: Teachers are responsible for implementing the curriculum, providing for an enriched multicultural experience, coordinating with classroom aides and support staff, keeping accurate and concise records, adjusting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students, and using professional judgment to provide the best possible instruction and remediation so as to optimize student success in meeting high standards. Desired qualifications:

Must possess Delaware Elementary Teaching Certification
Prefer 3-8 years teaching experience in an elementary school
Looking for team players who are creative and interested in promoting and enriching Odyssey Charter School’s multicultural approach.
Applicant must have excellent organizational and communication skills
